As the chill in the air continues to remind us summer has past and winter is around the corner, almost everyone who comes into my office for healthcare is talking about swine flu vaccines and the coming flu season.
Many are shaking their heads in wonder what they should do. Are their older parents and younger children at risk ? Are people with allergies, chronic health challenges, or who are run down more at risk ?
There is A LOT of fear in the conversations. I am writing to remind you and let you know there is a great deal you can do for your immune system that will strengthen your resistance to give you a better chance to have your body more easily maintain a resistance to "catching a virus."
There is so much you can do for your self, your children and family and people in your personal and professional networks.
